The Mustard Seed Golf Tournament

Ridgeland, Miss. - On Friday, April 8th, McAlister's Corporation will host the McAlister's Deli Tea for Tots Golf Classic and Southern Brunch at Annandale Golf Club and the proceeds will benefit the Mustard Seed. The fifth annual event will comprise of several special happenings including a picnic lunch, 18-hole shotgun start golf tournament and a closing awards ceremony.

In addition to the tournament, there will also be a drawdown for an all expense paid trip to the 2011 SEC Championship Football Game. The Ladies Southern Brunch will be held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Chew between the hours of 10:00 and 1:3, located at 109 Southern Ridge in Annandale Estates on the Annandale Golf Course. The Brunch will feature cooking demonstrations by David Groll, Executive Chef at McAlister's Deli; wine pairing by Colony Wine Mart; floral demonstrations by Billy Kintsley of Green Oak Floral;Tablescapes by Chandelier; the Mustard Seed Bells of Faith handbell choir and much more. The day will include an extensive Silent Auction featuring art created by Mustard Seedsters, weekend getaways, paintings by local artists and other exclusive packages. Tickets to the brunch are $20 and drawdown tickets can be purchased for $35 (or two for $50). Sponsorships are available.

The Mustard Seed seeks to meet the spiritual, physical, emotional and intellectual needs of mentally challenged adults by providing a loving and protected Christian community and meaningful activities that allow the participants to fulfill their full potential.
